Who am I?

I am Brice Arléon ZEMTSOP NDADJI, a passionate software engineer and computer science researcher. My first name "Arléon" embodies the values that define me: the courage of the lion (Leo), the determination to face challenges, and nobility in every action.
Originally from Cameroon, I am currently pursuing a PhD at Université de Lille within Inria's research labs, where I design self-adaptive systems for the cloud. This duality between academic research and industrial expertise is at the heart of my professional identity.
With over 6 years of experience in software development, I have had the opportunity to lead teams, deliver more than 20 projects, and found the Soft Development Community to promote engineering best practices.
My Mission
To support businesses in their digital transformation by designing innovative software solutions that are robust and scalable. I am committed to building systems that automatically adapt to changing needs, reducing operational complexity and maximising business value.
